The Monroe Plug & Play puck light is easy to install, with a simple setup process. Simply attach the pucks to the underside of your cabinets and plug them into a nearby outlet. Alternatively, they can be hardwired to a power source with an additional junction box (sold separately), allowing for use with a dedicated wall switch or dimmer.
Hardwired in-wall dimmers, found in homes worldwide, provide a reliable and permanent lighting control solution. Install these puck lights by directly wiring them to an in-wall dimmer switch, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit the needs of the space and occasion.
Linking and daisy-chaining up to 20 pucks with an extension cord can illuminate an entire countertop from a single power source. This eliminates the need to plug in each individual puck light, enabling you to operate all your lights from one outlet and one on/off switch.
The puck lights feature a 30-degree pivoting light source, making the positioning under the cabinet a straightforward task. The swivel feature allows the light to be directed to the desired area, adding a directional beam to your backsplash or countertop.
Each Monroe puck light is 2 3/4" wide, 2 3/4" deep, and 9/10" high, with a built-in 4-watt LED module. The total light output is 690 lumens, comparable to a 60-watt incandescent bulb, with a warm white 2700K color temperature and a 90 CRI. The lights are constructed with a bronze-finished, die-cast aluminum housing and an acrylic diffuser.
The puck lights can be recessed or surface-mounted, with all necessary hardware included. A 2 3/8" cutout is required for recessed installations, and a cutout template is provided.
These Monroe puck lights are fully dimmable and can be daisy-chained up to 20 pucks in a continuous run. Bulk puck lights (ASIN# B072DVQ2W9) and connecting cables (ASIN# B06WV758QN) can be ordered for customized layouts.
The included 6-foot power cord with a roller switch allows for plug-in control. The lights can also be converted into a hardwire setup by using an inlight junction box (ASIN# B06VSR8X3X), enabling use with a wall-mounted dimmer switch.
